Why do you need my application?
Your application is simply used to verify your qualifications for current opportunities. After we have verified your information, we will work with you to find the best opportunity and then you choose which position is right for you.
Why should I apply through a recruiter and not the facility directly?
Your recruiter will share with you all available opportunities, provide one-on-one service and introduce you directly to hiring managers. This not only saves time but helps you avoid the online application “black hole”. Through every step of the job search process—from how to get noticed, prepare for interviews and even salary negotiation, we are here for you.
When and how will I be paid?
As an American Consultants employee, your time sheet is due Monday each week by 9 a.m. CST. You will be paid weekly via direct deposit each Friday. You can access your pay-stub by setting up your own account here: www.paychexonline.com . The Client ID is: 12025540. If you’re hired by the facility directly, you’ll be paid based on their policy.
Is it okay if I’ve worked with another staffing agency in the past?
We welcome all qualified applicants to join our team. Having agency background is a bonus.
Is American Consultants just a temp agency?
We offer placement in every category including temp, direct hire, travel, contract, per diem, part time and PRN. The positions available are based on the needs of our client facilities across the nation.
Can I work directly for the clinic if I'm temping?
Many of our temporary employees have interest in working for the client as their employee. American Consultants can assist you through the process of being considered for hire, as it’s part of our contract with our clients.
