1. Recruitment Fee
Due upon start date of your new hire
2. Retention Fee
Due at 6 months after the start date of your new hire
Why it matters
Most recruitment firms and staffing agencies require a large recruitment fee up front, and provide a 90-day guarantee to replace the talent if the candidate doesn’t work out.
This means you have to shell out a bunch of cash with no idea if the candidate will work out.
We think that’s just silly. That’s why we do it differently.
