Interim Director of HIM, RHIT

Our Interim Director of HIM, RHIT possesses the following attributes:

  • Compliance, budget, policies and procedures, planning and implementation, auditing, continuous quality improvement, employee education and training and electronic medical record systems
  • Tracking daily reimbursement to increase review and reduce coding errors
  • Coding to increase reimbursement from $500,000 per week to $1 million per week and reduce coding errors
  • Implementation and oversite of compliance programs
  • Extensive knowledge of preparation for JCAHO survey
  • Broad knowledge and experience with hospital computer systems
  • Perform coding audits on a routine basis to reduce coding error
