- Promote, build and improve processes
- Audit and monitors practices within the Facility
- Work with leadership team to address and resolve operational issues
- Assist in preparation for periodic surveys
- Review data to identify trends
- Conduct internal investigations
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis investigations
