Our pay and benefits packages are flexible and can be customized to fit your needs. In addition, we offer paid time off, equivalent to two work weeks, to each of our loyal travelers. We offer day-one comprehensive health insurance plans as well as dental, life insurance and accidental death insurance. Taking a few weeks off between travel assignments? Not a problem. You can take up to 30 days off between your assignments and maintain your coverage.

You are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) after 1 -year of service and completion of 1,000 hours worked for us. We offer a 5% matching contribution! Our 401(k) plan offers a variety of well-known stock, bond and money market funds. Eligible travelers who join the program can also take advantage of the 401(k) match we offer.

When you work as a travel professional with American Consultants, you are protected in case of work injury or professional liability exposure. We provide comprehensive worker’s compensation insurance coverage as well as Professional Liability Insurance coverage to all our traveling healthcare professionals on contracts.

We secure housing for you, saving you the hassle and time, while working with you to find the amenities most important to you. We want to provide paid housing that is relaxing and comfortable during your stay. If you decided to set up your own housing, or stay with friends or relatives, don’t forget, you are still eligible for a housing stipend!
